Handicap Match Play

Handicap Match Play Final

Congratulations to James Kidd who claimed victory in the 2024 Handicap Match Play on Monday with a close fought victory over James Whiteford.

The match was a back-and-forth tussle with both players playing some terrific golf, with James (Kidd) prevailing on the last green 1 up.

Both players had a drink together after their round, demonstrating the comradery that was on display throughout the final, and posed for a photo (right) with the trophy. Congratulations to both players on their efforts and the result.

14th Hole

Right of Way

Members are reminded that golfers playing a 'full round' of eighteen holes have 'right-of-way' over players playing a shorter round, particularly in the area of the 4th green and 14th tee.

Members looking to get out for a quick hit are reminded to check for groups coming through from the 13th hole before teeing off the 14th and if necessary to stand aside and let such groups play through.

We ask members to be considerate of their fellow members and display proper etiquette to ensure all can enjoy their round in a timely fashion.

Master Pennant

Master Pennants

After four rounds of this year's season, the Club's Master Pennant team is well placed, only two individual games behind first placed Woolooware.

The team defeated Woolooware at home (5.5 - 3.5) at home in round three, before going down last weekend in the return fixture (6 - 2) at Woolooware.

The team now face Bankstown in the home and away matches to finish the season, with the team likely needing two strong wins to claim the division.

The link below will allow members to follow the team's progress and we wish the team well in their remaining matches:
