Since February, the Eastlake Players Championship has been quietly taking shape, with members competing weekly to accrue points based on their best score for the week. Now, with less than two months to go, the competition is entering its most crucial phase, and the race for the top 12 spots is wide open.
Phillip Emder, Anthony Ippodimonte, and Brendon Olander are on the verge of securing their places in the final, having performed consistently throughout the season. However, the remaining 9 spots are still up for grabs, making the coming weeks vital for anyone hoping to qualify.
The season will officially conclude on Saturday, 30th November, when the top 12 players will advance to the Final on Saturday, 14th December. In a format inspired by the PGA Tour's FedEx Cup, the higher-ranked players begin the final with an advantage, receiving extra Stableford points.
