Annual General Meeting

Dear Members,

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The 94th Annual General Meeting of The Eastlake Golf Club Limited is to be held in the Clubhouse premises at 67 Gardeners Road, Daceyville, New South Wales on Wednesday, 27 November 2024 at 6.30pm.

Complimentary snacks and beverages will be served at the conclusion of the meeting.

BUSINESS

1.    Apologies

2.    Confirmation of the Minutes from the 93rd Annual General Meeting.

3.    Matters arising from acceptance of Minutes.

4.    To consider and if thought fit pass any Ordinary Resolutions as presented.

5.    To consider and if thought fit pass the Special Resolution to update the Constitution as set out in this notice.

6.    To receive and consider the Annual Report and Financial Statements of The Eastlake Golf Club Limited for the year ended 30th June 2024.

7.    Any other business that may be bought forward in accordance with the Articles of Association.

QUESTIONS

Ahead of the upcoming AGM, we invite you to submit any questions you may have regarding the 2023/24 finances or Club operations. This will allow us to prepare accurate responses and provide you with the most comprehensive information at the meeting.

Please send your questions to General Manager Rob Blain at manager@eastlakegolfclub.com.au. Questions raised on the floor during the meeting will be answered if possible, or otherwise taken on board, with a response to be provided in due course.
