Sponsorship Signage

Hole Sponsorship

Eastlake Golf Club is excited to announce a new sponsorship opportunity for members and local businesses through our Hole Sponsorship Program. This initiative allows sponsors to advertise their business to the more than 60,000 members and guests who visit our course each year. Sponsor's signs will feature prominently directly underneath our new hole signage, currently in production, ensuring strong visibility throughout the 12-month sponsorship period.

The cost to become a hole sponsor is $5,000, offering an excellent chance to support Eastlake while gaining significant exposure to our golfing community. Members interested in this opportunity can find the sponsorship proposal booklet with full details below. To get started or to enquire about the program, simply fill out the form at the back of the booklet and return it to our General Manager, Rob Blain, at manager@eastlakegolfclub.com.au.

Eastlake Players Championship Nears Final Showdown

The Eastlake Players Championship is entering its final stretch, with the season set to conclude on Saturday, 30th November. The top 6 players have all but guaranteed their spots in the Championship final, yet the competition remains fierce for the remaining 6 places. For those positioned just outside the top 12, the next two weeks are critical, as a strong performance could secure your place in the final.

Even for those who have already clinched their positions, this is a crucial time to move up the leaderboard. In the Eastlake Players Championship, ranking higher brings a competitive advantage, as those at the top earn more bonus points heading into the final. This points boost can be decisive when the top 12 players face off on Saturday, 14th December, for a chance to claim the 2024 Players Championship title and a share of the $1,000 prize.

NSW Golf Industry Awards

Unfortunately, Eastlake Golf Club narrowly missed out on winning this year's prestigious Metropolitan Club of the Year Award, which went to Massey Park Golf Club. Both clubs impressed the Golf NSW panel with their strong 2023/24 financial results, significant investment in facilities, sustainability initiatives and increased junior and women's clinics. Whilst we were unsuccessful on this occasion, members should be proud of the Club's progress, reputation and strong standing within the Golf industry.

In a brighter moment for the Club, General Manager, Rob Blain, was awarded the NSW/ACT PGA Management Professional of the Year. Rob, pictured with Club Professional Alex Sutherland and Course Superintendent Simon Blagg, accepted the award on behalf of Eastlake at a ceremony attended by over 300 industry representatives. This recognition celebrates the achievements of the Club over the past year and is a testament to the dedication of the entire Eastlake Golf Club team. Rob will now attend the PGA National Awards next week held in conjunction with the Greg Norman Medal at next week's Australian PGA Championship.

Have you played our White Course yet?

The White Course at Eastlake Golf Club is designed to make the game enjoyable and accessible for players of all skill levels, offering a unique golfing experience with a range of benefits. One of the standout features of Eastlake Golf Club are the gender-neutral courses, meaning there's no distinction between men's and women's tees, allowing everyone to play from any tee box based on their individual comfort and ability.

In addition to its player-friendly design, the White Course offers a fresh challenge compared to our Blue and Black courses, and:

  • Promotes faster pace-of-play
  • Allows players to still compete in club competitions, with handicap adjustments to ensure fair play
  • Allows groups to play off the same tee markers to encourage inclusivity and comradery
  • Features shorter carries off the tee, theoretically meaning less lost balls or re-hits.

We believe golf is a game meant to be enjoyed, and we encourage all players to choose a tee color that best suits their driving distance and skill level, to maximize your enjoyment of the game. As the image below shows, whatever tee color you choose you're sure to enjoy your game at Eastlake Golf Club.
