  • Firstly click the button below and register yourself as a public member.
  • After you have registered as a public member you can then click BOOK TEE TIME to view all available timesheets and make a booking.
  • We recommend that you read the TERMS & CONDITIONS and PRIVACY POLICY statements before making a booking.

Note: You will not be able to book or pay for golf carts online – carts are assigned as needed, based on your tee time. To request a cart be set aside (due to medical reasons only) please call our Professional Staff on (02) 9663 1374 ext. 1

Inclement Weather/Daylight Refund Policy

  • Eastlake Golf Club makes no guarantee that once commenced, a round of golf may be completed.
  •  Players must be aware when paying for a round of golf that should inclement weather or poor light set-in that NO REFUND will be payable.
  •  In circumstances that the Course is Closed or Unplayable, the purchaser will be offered a voucher to the value of their purchase for green fees and carts to be redeemed with six months of the date of play.

Online Payment Green & Cart Fee Refund Policy

  •  Eastlake Golf Club does not offer refunds for online purchases however the Club can provide a credit in the form of vouchers to be used with six months of the booking date.
  • Please be aware that credits will only be issued for cancellations made 7-days in advance or when the course is Closed for play due to inclement weather.

DRESS CODE FOR THE COURSE

On the course, Members and visitors are to be neatly dressed. It is the responsibility of the player to ensure they wear the correct attire.

Acceptable Attire

Shirts must have a collar and must be worn tucked into trousers or shorts at all times. Mock collar golf shirts are permitted as long as they are designed for golf wear.
• Short socks must be either plain white or with a golf club logo. Ankle socks are permissible and should be predominately white.
• Shorts, trousers & skirts must be of a tailored style. Shorts/skirts must be of a reasonable length but not extending below the knee (3/4 style shorts are not acceptable).
• Headgear, if worn, must be appropriate and if it has a logo.
• Regulation non steel spike golf shoes must be worn on the course or flat soled walking shoes.

Unacceptable

• Denim pants/jeans with holes or raggedy looking, shirts and skirts of any colour or those types of jeans bearing brand names or other similar clothing advertising a logo.
• Tight stretch pants or shorts, miniskirts, tennis shorts and skirts, cargo pants and shorts (long & baggy with large pockets), singlet tops.
• Hawaiian style shirts and other beach type garments.
• The wearing of any other type of casual or sporting shoes such as sandals, jogging or tennis type shoes or thongs is not permitted.
• Metal spikes golf shoes.
• Cargo type shorts, elastic or drawstring waist trousers or shorts
