All charges listed are stated in Australian Dollars (AUD$) and are inclusive of GST;
All terms and conditions, including the fees and charges are subject to change without prior notice;
The course is offered on the understanding that maintenance works may be carried out;
Bookings are restricted to the allotted tee time allocated during the online booking process and will be confirmed via email. Access to course is subject to availability at all times.
Privacy Policy
Eastlake Golf Club is subject to the provisions of the Privacy Act 1988. The Act contains 10 National Privacy Principles that set standards for the handling of personal information. The Club has a commitment to privacy and the safeguarding of member, visitor and staff personal information.
Any personal information provided by you to the Club (e.g. name, address, date of birth and contact details), will be protected. The Club does not usually disclose your personal information to any other organisation or person unless there is a legal requirement to do so. The Club may also disclose personal information to relevant authorities if it reasonably believes that there is a threat to an individual’s life, health or safety, or public health or safety. If the Club has reason to suspect that unlawful activity has been, is being or may be engaged in, personal information may be used or disclosed as a necessary part of any investigation and reporting to relevant persons or authorities.
The Club may disclose your information to third parties that provide services under contract to the club. These contracts require the third party to keep your personal information confidential and secure. Your personal information may be used by the Club for marketing purposes to improve our services and to provide you with the latest information about those services, any new related services and promotions. If you do not wish to receive information about services and promotions, the Club, on request, will remove your name from mailing lists.
You have a right to access any personal information that the Club may hold about you, including a right of correction of your information. The Club will not charge a fee for you to access your personal information.

Inclement Weather/Daylight Refund Policy
Eastlake Golf Club makes no guarantee that once commenced, a round of golf may be completed.
Players must be aware when paying for a round of golf that should inclement weather or poor light set-in that NO REFUND will be payable.
In circumstances that the Course is Closed or Unplayable, the purchaser will be offered a voucher to the value of their purchase for green fees and carts to be redeemed with six months of the date of play.
Online Payment Green & Cart Fee Refund Policy
Eastlake Golf Club does not offer refunds for online purchases however the Club can provide a credit in the form of vouchers to be used with six months of the booking date.
Please be aware that credits will only be issued for cancellations made in advance or when the course is Closed for play due to inclement weather. Any customers requiring a credit, please contact the office on
Social Rounds
- It is each players responsibility to ensure they maintain suitable pace of play at all times, showing consideration for fellow members and social players in the groups to follow.
- Your position in the field is immediately behind the group in front and must be maintained throughout the duration of the round.
- Competition players will be warned and, in some circumstances, penalised for slow play. Social players will be asked to “skip” a hole in order to catch up to the group in front
Pace of Play*
Eastlake utilises the RFID tracking system “Golf Tag” to monitor pace of play on the course, minimising anti-social slow play and increasing enjoyment for our members and guests. The Golf Tag system forms the basis of our Pace of Play policy.
